I can get you a list of bank owned homes in any city you are interested in for free. This list can change daily as some properties only stay on the market for a few days.

Since the list changes daily, please email me with your email address, the city or cities you are interested and a price range that you are looking at and I will email you the current list.

Remember, if you want to buy a bank owned property, you will either need a pre-approval letter from a mortgage lender or a letter from your bank stating that you have the cash to by this home. You can't write an offer without one of these letters. Usually the bank will want  1,000 earnest check with the offer as well.

There are many websites that will charge you a fee to email you bank owned homes. Some of the lists include preforclosure homes. FYI - You can't buy a preforclosure home. Once a home has been forclosed it goes to Sheriffs auction. Usually the bank buys it back at 2/3rds of the appraised value. The bank then lists the home with a realtor.

I am very familiar with bank owned properties as well as short sales. I would love to help you get a great deal on a home!
